Return & Exchange Policy

We have a strict NO return policy. However we do allow exchanges. Please drop an email at to register your exchange request.

We recommend you refer to the size chart or connect with us to get your correct sizing.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order. 
Exchanges will only be accepted if:
i) The size is incorrect for you - we will courier the correct size to you.
ii) The piece you received is damaged - we will courier a new piece to you.
If the exchange size or style is not available, we will issue a store credit code for you that can be used later to make a purchase on our website. All store credit codes are valid for a year from the date of issue.
iii) All exchanges are subject to a quality check. Please note that the footwear should be unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

In order to facilitate an exchange, please follow the steps below:
i) Email us at:
ii) Mention your concerns & reason for the exchange.
iii) Once the piece is couriered back to us in its original condition & packaging you can send us the courier receipt to confirm that the product has been dispatched.
iv) Once we have received the footwear, we will perform a quality check and if the quality check is cleared, we will connect with you and take the exchange forward and replace your product.
v) Cost for the reverse pickup will be borne by the customer. We can arrange for a reverse pickup at the cost of INR 250/-
