2. Can the heel height be customised?
Yes, the heel height can be customised to fit your needs. We can increase or decrease the heel height of most of our styles. Get in touch to know more.
3. Can you customise size & fit?
Yes! At Miraki, we like to be size inclusive. We are happy to customise your favourite piece to fit you perfectly. We also customise if you have two different foot lengths or fits. Feel free to get in touch!
4. What size range do you have available?
Miraki carries sizes 35-44 in all styles. Please refer to our Size Chart for more details!
5. Do you offer COD?
Yes we do. Cash on delivery is available at checkout, at an additional fee of INR 100/- upto an order value of INR 5,000/-
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to ship your order out at the earliest. Usually you will receive your order within 5-7 working days. Please note that weekends and public/national holidays are not counted.
7. Do you have international shipping?
Yes, we do provide international shipping. Shipping charges are INR 1500 for cart value of INR 20,000/-. Orders above a cart value of INR 20,000 are eligible for free international shipping.
8. Are there any shipping charges or additional taxes?
We offer free domestic shipping pan India. And all our prices are inclusive of taxes.

We have a strict NO return policy. However we do allow exchanges. Please drop an email at mirakishoes@gmail.com to register your exchange request.
12. How can I care for my Miraki?
Shoes cared for, will last you a lifetime! Store your shoes in the dust bag provided and always keep the silica gel packet in the dust bag as well. Keep your shoes away from heat and moisture. Allow your shoes to rest between uses to allow them to regain their shape. Make sure you store the footwear neatly to avoid scratches and dents in the material.
